Throughout the year - with prior booking - it is possible to take part in the tour with tasting and purchase the cheese on site. - extraction of the cheese wheel with detailed explanation of the production process
- access to the brine room where our cheeses are immersed in water and salt
- access to the maturing room with over 1000 wheels of various maturations
- vertical tasting with three different maturations of Parmigiano Reggiano, wine and water
