On Thursday, 13rd May 2021Visit Emilia has presented the new logo designed by McCann agency.
At the base of the proposal, the idea of a unique tourist offer characterized by the peculiarities of the provinces of Parma, Piacenza and Reggio Emilia. Their uniqueness are gathered in a varied panorama that allows visitors to enjoy multiple types of holidays united by the SLOW MIX, as a symbol of the return to that simplicity able to surprise each people with its little and wonderful details.
The concept of slowness, interpreted as an indispensable prerequisite of a tourism based on the authenticity of the holiday, of the contact with local people and with the territory lived, is combined with the concept of mix, an expression of a gradual variety, which ends up enhancing the uniqueness of our land thanks to the differences from all the other territories of Italy and of the world.
The font used for the logo and the spacing between the letters allow an immediate reading and at the same time they convey a feeling of virtuous calm. On the other hand, the graphic element inserted inside recalls the connection between the provinces, showing how Parma, Piacenza and Reggio Emilia are joined together by an intertwining of traditions, culture and beauty.
The pay-off, instead, concretely expresses the unique experience of the Emilian slow mix, thus placing the territory and its peculiarities in the foreground.
