Just look down on an ideal culinary map to realize that the flag of Italian cuisine is well planted in the soil of Reggio Emilia, protagonist of the Tasty Weekend Learning to Cook Reggiano made by the Reggio Tricolore - Itinere Product Club.

Demonstrating how the flavours are inextricably linked to the places, the package is presented as a continuous exchange between gastronomy and art, in an intertwining of experiences between table and architecture that opens with a morning to the discovery of the historical center, in the dazzling beauty of the Duomo, Piazza Prampolini, the Basilica of San Prospero and the Municipal Theatre Valli, with a visit to the current exhibition of Palazzo Magnani.

The welcome lunch is the entry into a world of local specialties that opens with guided tours and tastings at a local wine producer - guardian of the secrets of Lambrusco – a cheese factory specializing in the production of Parmigiano Reggiano and a company totally dedicated to the cult of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia. The grand finale is dedicated to the puff pastry, the heart of a local cooking lesson for those who want to learn every step of the preparation, from the mixture of eggs and flour to the rested pasta, ready to be cut out and take the form of tortellini, cappelletti, tagliatelle, tortelloni, maccheroncini al pettine. The recipe book and the certificate of puff pastry are memories that remain in the hands of the participants in this three-day tour and two nights in the culinary soul of Reggio Emilia, offered from the price of 365 euro per person – with a minimum of two participants – including two lunches and a dinner, visits with tasting to wine producer, dairy and acetaia, two nights in a double room with breakfast in a 4-star hotel and a cooking lesson with lunch.
