Nestled in the countryside around Parma, in the village of Montechiarugolo, the restaurant was obtained from the renovation of an old mill conquered in the 1400s by the Sforza family.
The atmosphere is particularly scenic and romantic, and it is possible to dine under the outside porch and fully enjoy the location.
Typical local dishes are served, homemade on the spot, using only genuine, seasonal and handcrafted products.
The menu includes both land and seafood dishes and, according to tradition, the appetizers are a wide range of typical cold cuts such as Culatello di Zibello DOP and Prosciutto Crudo "S. Ilario".
