Locanda Centolaghi was conceived, dreamed, designed and finally built directly by us with the help of Ceda's "Biondo", between 2001 and 2008. It is entirely built in green building, with the careful use of stones, vaults and timber salvaged from the ruins of the old "Fannì" stable.
At Easter 2018, our dream of hospitality was realised with the opening of the Centolaghi Rooms bed and breakfast, and in spring 2021 we created our Locanda Centolaghi from the old barn.
The aim is to be a warm and cosy base camp for all lovers of unforgettable hikes, for those who want to enjoy the unspoilt peace of the mountains that have remained unknown to more widespread tourism, or even just for those who want to stop for a tasty meal without staying overnight in our cosy rooms, all with private bathrooms, including a wonderful family Jacuzzi suite.
