From the rich rural tradition of Emilia, the Maialate returns this winter at the Cantina Visconti in Vigoleno.
In collaboration with the expert butchers of Vall'Ongina, who have centuries of experience, we offer 3 events with 3 different themed menus, cooked slowly in the traditional way.
These are paired with the ancestral wines from our cellar, made from grapes grown in our vineyards, using minimal intervention and reflecting the natural character of this land.
Dates: Saturday dinner at 8 p.m. and Sunday lunch at 1 p.m.
