Cognitive journey of the entire production chain at Torre Fornello winery , from the vine to the final product (wine), in four moments:
- historical hints regarding the production area and the winery itself
- visit to the winery's vineyards with an itinerary based on the presentation and explanation of the main systems of pruning, breeding and cultivation of the vine aimed at obtaining quality grapes while respecting the environment and human health
- visit to the processing cellars with explanation of the main winemaking systems: white grape vinification, red grape vinification, sparkling wine processing, still wine processing for long aging. Followed by a visit to the ageing cellars dating from 1400-1600
- guided tasting of the different products through two types of your choice:
basic path: 3 wines to choose from the wide range that includes 24 different wines accompanied by breadsticks and crostini - € 20.00 per person
taste path: 3 wines to choose from the wide range that includes 24 different wines accompanied by: Assorted Piacenza cold cuts (coppa piacentina, salami, bacon) and homemade bread - € 30.00 per person
