From the welcome bite to the main course, each dish explores different textures and flavors, balancing technique and tradition. It begins with a delicate entrée, followed by a golden croquette and two first courses that bring together sea and land. The main course features a light, crispy fried squid, enhanced by fresh and aromatic notes. The experience concludes with a refreshing yogurt and strawberry dessert. All paired with a selection of Friulian wines, including Ribolla Gialla Spumante from Naonis and Sauvignon “Sasster” from La Delizia.
