Tuesday 23 June 2026 at 8.30 pm An evening dedicated to authentic Emilian tradition, celebrating the feast of San Giovanni.

The experience begins with a rich rustic platter of local cured meats and specialties, including Spalla cotta di San Secondo, Parmigiano Reggiano, and artisanal preparations.
It continues with a selection of handmade tortelli, showcasing local recipes with ricotta and chard, pumpkin, and black truffle.
The main course features roast beef of Garronese veal, seared with aromatic herbs and served with fresh seasonal greens.
The finale is the classic Zuppa Inglese, a traditional dessert of the region. All paired with Blanc de Blancs Brut “Borgo Estense” from Chiarli.

A convivial and genuine experience celebrating the flavors and excellence of Emilia.
