An Easter experience designed as a journey between tradition and fine dining.
It begins with torta pasqualina and a rose of culatello, followed by a poached egg served on asparagus cream with lardo di Colonnata, elegant and indulgent. The first courses celebrate conviviality with cappelletti in broth and a spectacular rice “bomba” with Parmigiano Reggiano cream and sautéed porcini mushrooms. The main course features fried lamb ribs with escarole, raisins, and pine nuts, offering a refined balance of sweet and savory flavors. To finish, a colomba Easter cake semifreddo with Moscato sauce. The meal is complemented by selected sparkling wine and Moscato, creating a complete and refined festive lunch.
