Next to the house where Maestro Giuseppe Verdi was born, in Roncole di Busseto, a few kilometres from Parma, stands the ancient 17th-century mill, once owned by the Pallavicino family, which has now become a cosy and rustic Osteria.
You will be taken on a visit to the ancient cellars where Culatello di Zibello D.O.P. is aged in the 17th-century mill next to the house where Giuseppe Verdi was born.
Followed by Culatello tasting with fragrant torta fritta and a glass of Lambrusco dei Colli Parmensi, a delicious dessert of our own production and the possibility to buy typical products.
It is possible to add a detailed visit to the Dallatana Culatello di Zibello D.O.P production.
