Next to the birthplace of Maestro Giuseppe Verdi, in Roncole di Busseto, a few kilometers from Parma, stands the old 17th-century mill, once owned by the Pallavicino family, which has now become a cozy and rustic Osteria.
Having a room that accommodates groups of up to 55 people and a beautiful portico overlooking the birthplace, it is ideal for lunches, dinners, snacks and even guided tastings, of Culatello di Zibello D.O.P., of which the Dallatana family is the producer.
The specialties on the menu are all Emilian, from fresh homemade pastas, meats selected and produced by them, and a wide selection of homemade desserts.
There is the opportunity to visit the cellars where the prized Culatello di Zibello DOP is produced and to combine tastings with exciting and in-depth guided tours at the Culatello production, cooking shows and cooking classes are also organized.
