Pumpkin Evening
On 9 October 2025 at 8:30 p.m., the Prater Restaurant will host Pumpkin Evening, a culinary experience dedicated to this autumn vegetable. The menu opens with an appetiser of savoury cream puffs, followed by a mille-feuille of pumpkin, pears and Parmigiano Reggiano. The first courses are Carnaroli risotto with pumpkin, stracchino cheese and amaretti biscuits, and pumpkin and apple tortelli. The main course is roast veal. To finish, a passion fruit bavarois. A glass of Ribolla Gialla Spumante will complete the experience.

Porcini Mushroom Evening
On 23 October 2025, Ristorante Prater offers a culinary journey dedicated to mushrooms. It starts with a salad of fried porcini mushrooms, followed by a sauté of porcini mushrooms and Lamon beans with Parmigiano Reggiano crusts. The first courses include a porcini risotto with stewed leeks and Asiago cheese, and paccheri cacio e pepe with wild mushrooms, black pig and toasted almonds. The main course is a mushroom and potato flan with crispy guanciale. For dessert, a winter melon soup with mandarin sorbet. The dishes are accompanied by Anima Umbra IGT and Barbera D'Alba ‘Mara’ wines.

Truffle Evening
6 November 2025 offers a culinary experience dedicated to black and white truffles. The menu opens with a Piedmontese Fassona beef tartare with black truffle, followed by an onion stuffed with brie fondue and white truffle. First courses include ravioli with black truffle stew and Carnaroli risotto with white truffle. The main course is pork cheek on polenta with black truffle. The meal concludes with an apple and cinnamon strudel, accompanied by Valpolicella and Nebbiolo wines.

Culatello and Champagne Evening
On 20 November 2025 at 8.30 p.m., the experience begins with a homemade croissant, followed by a 6-grain focaccia with Culatello di Zibello DOP. The first courses are a rice bomb with culatello and tagliolini with julienne culatello and crispy violets. The main course is a chickpea farinata with aged culatello. For dessert, a melon cheesecake. Everything will be accompanied by different types of Champagne.
