✤ Al Calice con Vista ✤ evenings are panoramic dinners dedicated to discovering the ancestral natural wines that our Emilian land knows so well how to give.To accompany them, the truest, cleanest flavours of our varied countryside, selected from among the artisans of taste working in small local realities. With the III Act on 7 August, we venture into the forests of our Apennines, in search of the flavours of the woodland — mushrooms and truffles, carrying the scent of freshly turned earth, of resin and chlorophyll.Joining us are our friends from TartuFarm, who will lead us through the vineyard in search of a truffle or two.
At the Calice con Vista, Act IV – Friday, August 21, 8:00 p.m.
Accompanying them in this IV and final Act will be the very best of our region, Emilia-Romagna, with its more than 70 PGI and PDO certifications, recognised and celebrated the world over. This time we'll stay within Emilia itself, tasting here and there between Piacenza, Parma and Reggio Emilia - all to the sound of live folk music from the group Enerbia.
