After temporary exhibitions dedicated to the corpus of engravings by Arthur Rembrandt in 2021, Francisco Goya in 2022 and Antonio Fontanesi in 2023, an exhibition dedicated to Édouard Manet opens in the jewel-village of Vigoleno(Pc) with the month of May.
The Oratory of the Blessed Virgin of Graces overlooking the village's entrance square opens its doors from Saturday, May 11 to Sunday, August 25, 2024 with the exhibition “Manet, etchings.”
There will be 30 works on display made with different techniques: etching, aquatint and drypoint.
Starting in June, after an experience in the city of Paris, emerging illustrator Enrico Pinto will exhibit some works in dialogue with those of the great French artist. Pinto will capture the new faces of contemporary Paris that will relate to those of Manet's time.
