The 34rd edition of the historical event that recalls the famous episode of "Forgiveness" of Canossa will be held in the medieval village of Rossena, in the municipality of Canossa on Saturday 6th September 2025.
The reconstruction of the historic meeting that in January of 1077: Pope Gregory VII and the emperor Henry IV who, thanks to the mediation of the Countess Matilda di Canossa, They reached a peace agreement.
The event will take place from early afternoon onwards.
