The appointment is for Tuesday 6 September, when the historic center of the Emilian city will once again be transformed into an open-air gourmet restaurant, for a thousand people.
A way to rediscover the pleasure of conviviality, after two years of pandemic, celebrating the uniqueness of the Parma system and the gastronomic identity of Parma Food Valley, made up of excellent products, traditions, know-how and people.
The parterre de rois in the kitchen is completed by three starred chefs from ChefToChef Emilia-Romagna Cuochi and the Parma Quality Restaurants team.
The event, promoted by the Parma UNESCO City of Gastronomy Foundation will also have a social value: the "Dinner of the Thousand" will in fact help raise funds for Emporio Solidale Parma. And it will be a way of thanking the health personnel who have been involved in the fight against Covid-19 for over two years: 20 operators of the Parma Health Authorities will be guests of the organizers.
