PARMA
- Fair of the black truffle of Fragno: every Sunday from October 12 to November 9, 2025 in Calestano, fair dedicated to one of the most precious and sought-after ingredients in the kitchen takes place.
- Thanksgiving in Tabiano Terme: 9 November, a special day to celebrate traditions, the land and its fruits.
- November Porc: from 7 to 30 November, the tastiest relay race that involves, as always, the municipalities of the Bassa Parmense (literally Lower Parma area), where pork is the king of the tables.
PIACENZA
- Wine Fair: 22- 23- 24 November 2025 at Piacenza expo the third edition.

- 37th Cavola Truffle Festival: Sunday 9 November and Sunday 16 November 2025, in Cavola in the municipality of Toano.
- 34th Viano Truffle Fair: Sunday 9 and Sunday 16 November 2025 in Viano, the truffle town in the Reggio Apennines.
