Appointment in Torrechiara, a few kilometres south of Parma.
A) 3 p.m.: thematic guided tour of Torrechiara Castle, lasting approximately one hour.
B) 5.30 p.m.: aperitif snack with wine tasting and good local food (menu: platter of cold cuts with giardiniera + platter of cheeses + herb and potato pie + 1 glass of wine + water + homemade tarts).
C) Free dinner and overnight stay on site with B&B treatment.

D) 9 a.m.: guioded tour of a cheese factory to see how large wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano are made with tasting.
E) 11 a.m.: guided tour of a ham factory to learn how Prosciutto Crudo di Parma is made, with tasting.
F) 1.45 p.m.: tasting lunch (menu: herb and potato pie or Spalla Cotta di San Secondo with shepherd's cheese and wild fruit compote + herb tortelli + mountain bread + 1 local red or white sparkling wine + Langhirano red cake).
G) 3.30 p.m.: guided visit to Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Cellar of Reggio Emilia, with tasting.
Costs:
Experience A + B: 35 € per person, excluding entrance ticket to the Castle (to be purchased at the time at a price of 5 € per person).
Experience C: 70 € per person - overnight stay with B&B treatment.
Experience D + E: 50 € per person.
Experience F + G: 35 € per person.
Full experience: 190 € per person, excluding the ticket to the Castle.
