On the occasion of November Porc, the culinary kermis where you will find hundreds of food and wine stands, stalls and 'tastings', as well as live music, street artists, entertainment for young and old, and demonstrations on pork processing, Parma Incoming proposes a holiday package to discover the Bassa Parmense.

The Bassa Parmense, land of flavours, cold cuts and... fog! A fundamental ingredient that together with tradition makes Parmesan cured meats famous all over the world!

  • 07 - 09 November Sissa-Trecasali 
  • 14 - 16 November Polesine Parmense
  • 21 - 23 November Zibello
  • 28 - 30 November Roccabianca

For whom: For lovers of good cuisine who wish to discover the authentic flavours of products prepared in their place of origin. Travellers with a car.

The price includes:

  • 1 dinner (Saturday evening) in a typical restaurant in the Bassa Parmense area with ample tasting of typical cold cuts and cheeses, local sauces, Parmigiano Reggiano, home-made cakes, 1/2 litre water and 1/4 litre local wine. 
  • 1 night (Saturday evening) in a 3-star hotel with breakfast.
  • audio-guided tour (Sunday morning) of the historic ageing cellars and the Culatello di Zibello PDO museum.

Services on request: transfers, eventual entrance fees to monuments, tips and everything not expressly indicated under "the fee includes".
