Piacenza Welcome by Maracaibo Viaggi offers a fun-filled stay package for the adventurous! Kayaking on the Trebbia River is ideal for experimenting with running a kayak through the rapids, even for those new to this discipline.
Duration: 3 days - 2 nights (Friday through Sunday)
Program:
FIRST DAY - Friday
- Arrival by own means (or transfer with supplement) in Travo.
- Accommodation at the B&B La Casa Sul Ponte.
- Free lunch (or with supplement) recommended in the village of Travo at Osteria del Sole, Pizzeria Minerva
or Agriturismo la Dolce Vite.
- In the afternoon, possibility with supplement to have a tasting of typical Piacenza wines at a local winery in Travo. There will be a guided tour of the winery with an illustration of the production process and tasting of 3 wines of your choice paired with typical Val Trebbia wines.
- Possibility with supplement of a typical Piacenza dinner.
- Return to the facility and overnight stay.
SECOND DAY - Saturday
- Wake up and breakfast at the B&B.
- 9:00 am Departure from the B&B by dedicated minivan transfer.
Arrival in Morfasso. Briefing and start of the day's activities Sit on Top Kayak Discovery XL. Experiential and educational river descents aimed at providing the notions to deal with descending a river with rapids and the technical difficulties are directly related to the type of route chosen. Snack at the river base on return (not included).
- Return to Travo and lunch at Barrio Caffè with Hamburger menu included in the fee.
- Free time. Possibility of Piacentini Wine tasting or E-Bike rental for an independent ride around Travo.
- Free dinner or with supplement at on-site restaurant.
- Return to B&B and overnight stay.
THIRD DAY - Sunday
- Wake up and breakfast in the B&B.
- 9:00 am Departure from B&B by dedicated minivan transfer.
Briefing and start of the day's activities : Kayak Stage (Sitting inside).
- Packed lunch or snack at river base on return (recommended, not included).
- Return to Travo and free time.
- End of services.
