A weekend to discover the main food and wine excellences of Reggio Emilia.
The first day, after a welcome lunch tasting local specialties, visit a local wine producer, discovering the production from fermentation to bottling, up to the tasting of the famous Lambrusco. The day will end with a traditional dinner in the heart of the historical city center and an overnight stay in a 4-star hotel.
On the second day, you will first visit a Parmigiano-Reggiano producer, discovering that it is made with the same method as eight centuries ago. Then you will discover how the precious Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia is produced, concluding a typical lunch before departure.
