In the heart of the Park, which is not only a paradise for trekking and mountain biking enthusiasts, there is also the source of the sulphur waters that supply this spa. These waters act as a natural remedy for the body’s ailments and, when combined with the effects of the pure mountain air, generate an total wellness experience.
With a sodium bicarbonate medium mineral content, the waters at the Cervarezza Spa are effective at treating illnesses of the respiratory and urinary tracts, as well as ear, nose and throat conditions and metabolic disorders. Thermal water treatments are offered in a variety of different forms, from inhalations to thermal baths to mud wraps.
In addition to these treatments and to rehabilitation therapy appointments, the Cervarezza facility also provides guests with an area exclusively for relaxation, where they can leave the hustle and bustle of daily life behind them.
The wellness centre includes a heated thermal water pool, a neck massaging waterfall and a counter current machine, as well as a 36°C - 38°C pool with massaging water jets to detoxify and tone the skin through the massaging action of the water.
The centre also has a 45°C - 50°C steam room for deep skin cleansing, and a thermotherapy sauna to stimulate blood circulation.
