Between the Matildic hills at Quattro Castella, there is the Relais Roncolo 1888 within the Venturini Baldini Agrifarm, immersed in a natural reserve covered with organic cultivation of native vineyards, where, with a manual harvest, the best grapes are selected to guarantee an excellent production of sparkling and Lambrusco wines.
While from our ancient vinegar factory of 1670 we get the PDO Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia.
The Dimora Manodori, an estate of Matildic origin, which has always been the home of counts and marquises, still boasts an excellent artistic and cultural heritage: large halls, the Italian garden and the lemon house, are refined and elegant solutions, ideal for living recurrences or unique ceremonies.
Pleasant stop where food and wine, culture and history coexist; the structure has 8 rooms, 1 Junior suite and 2 Senior suites, equipped with all the necessary comforts and overlooking the enchanting hill of the estate.
There are also wine and local food tasting sessions and guided tours, only by reservation.
