Turris Birra is the first agricultural brewery born in the Taro valley.
In our organic farm we grow two-row barley which, once malted in Italy, becomes the basic ingredient of our beers.
Quality, territoriality and sustainability are the guidelines in the choice of raw materials and processing methods.
Currently we have a range of 7 beers including the most popular “Primo Taglio” (100% Italian and certified organic from 2021) and “Regina del Bosco” (produced with chestnuts from our woods, dried over direct heat in traditional cottage).
To these is added the seasonal “Fresh Hop Ipa” (with hops grown in Parma and used within 24 hours of harvesting).
The passion for quality beer, the love for our land and the desire to experiment have pushed us on this great adventure… From the field to the glass!
