In 1992 Paolo Ravella, after a long and prestigious experience in catering, met his current partner, Paola Sghiavetta.
That new encounter gives life to their first working experiences together and the opening of their first Restaurant; in 2009 they opened the Trattoria Paoli.
The restaurant, dating back to the mid-800, has been renovated and today has a very refined and welcoming look.
Their cuisine, personally curated by Paolo, respects local traditions and the rich menu offers flavors and aromas of the seasons alternating between meat and fish.
The wine cellar, managed by the somelier Paola, offers a list of about 300 labels between national and foreign.
The highly qualified staff offers an excellent service in a pleasant and familiar atmosphere.
