MEET Hamburger Gourmet was born in Parma in 2013 as a food concept dedicated to the art of the burger.
Km0 raw materials, selected according to their quality and production ethics, which become essential ingredients that when combined with creativity create one of the most famous street foods in the world.
From the bread to the meat, the selection of wines and beers and to the other raw materials involved, they all come from the small production companies of the Food Valley that guaranteed to the city of Parma the prestigious Unesco’s nomination as: “Creative Cities of Gastronomy”.
