For over 50 year, Salumificio La Rocca has been produced and aged the traditional Piacenza cured meat, taking advantage of the clean air of this zone.
It uses always only heavy pigs meat for traditional tasty cured meat: Fiocchi, Culatelli, Mariole, Strolghini and the traditional Piacenza products: Coppa, Salame and Pancetta.
