Born in 1941 and located in Castelnovo di Sotto, the Latteria Sociale La Grande incorporates 6 Dairy shops: La Piccola, Gazzo, Prati Melli, S.Savino, Cogruzzo and Nuova Aurora.
They proposes an artisanal production that utilizes only milk made by local cows (Parma, Reggio Emilia, Bologna and Mantova), without added preservatives.
For 70 years, they have been produced quality food like PDO Parmigiano Reggiano and Traditional Balsamic Vinegard.
In our shop you will have the opportunity to make some purchases: Parmigiano Reggiano up to 48 months of seasoning and many local specialties.
