"Il Viaggio" is a social project whose primary goal is to help vulnerable individuals regain their autonomy through inclusive job placements tailored to their specific needs and aptitudes.
Currently, Il Viaggio includes three distinct initiatives:
- The relais - This charming accommodation features three rooms inspired by the journeys of great explorers (darwin, Livingstone, and Marco Polo). Each room is decorated in a functional, modern style, with outdoor terraces, panoramic views of the valley, and direct access to an infinity pool.
- The Brewery Pub - An informal, convivial space where visitors can enjoy our beers paired with a small selection of dishes. All of our products come directly from our own farm or from carefully selected local producers.
- The Brewery - The heart of the entire project. Currently, we produce seven types of beer: Safari (Helles), SP55 (Blanche), Ryokou (Marzen), U.S Route1 (APA), Iter (Imperial Italian Pils), A (Milk Stout), and Hodos (Tripel).
Inclusion is not the only value that drives us: we are also deeply committed to sustainability, prioritizing water conservation, sustainable farming, solar energy, and supporting our local community by collaborating with artisans and local producers.
