Close to Parma City, the farm has 30 hectares, destined for breeding bovines.

The milk is processed in cheese factory, where there is salt and aging warehouse. In this way, it's a closed cycle farm.

The first product is PDO Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, produced with an artisanal method. 

Guided tours and tastings with the possibility of purchasing the products are available upon reservation.
