Located in Soragna, in the Parma lowlands, the brewery was born in 2007 from Giovanni and Manuel's passion for craft brewed beer.
Raw materials are selected directly with imports from France, England and Germany, with special attention to the terroir of origin.
Their philosophy is to produce unpasteurized beers, with a saturation of natural carbon dioxide in closed tanks, where fermentation ends. They prefer the use of wood, where the beer takes on the tertiary aromas typical of great wines aged in barrels.
Seven beers are produced by this small brewery.
