La Casa di Paglia di Canossa is an eco-friendly Bed and Breakfast, where for 5 years our family has lived in a sustainable way.
This house has been self-built with materials entirely taken on site (straw, earth and wood) and is part of a larger Permaculture project.
La Casa di Paglia, located on the Matilde Path/ Via Matildica del Volto Santo in the heart of the Matildic Lands, emphasizes a type of responsible, slow and “human” tourism.
The area is rich in nature and history, ideal for relaxing after days of excursions and discoveries.
Here the guests come into contact with the territory and with the people who live it: we are part of a community network that wants to give life to a true and authentic welcome, aware that everything that surrounds us is wealth to discover but also to preserve.
