Camping Village - Il Poggio was born from the passion for outdoor tourism of a group of travellers who chose to settle in Berceto, in the heart of the Parma Apennines, a strategic location between the mountains and the sea. Located along the SS 62 della Cisa road, between the Via Francigena and the Baganza stream, the village covers a large wooded area of approximately 131,000 m² and offers fully equipped bungalows sleeping 2 to 6 people and large pitches for campers, caravans and tents.
The seasonal facility offers spaces surrounded by greenery, sports and recreational areas, areas dedicated to children, a 24-hour self-service refreshment area and an office equipped with Wi-Fi for those who need workstations. The project is based on a vision of sustainable development, with the aim of reducing environmental impact through the restoration of green areas, the increase in native plants, the use of solar-powered lighting and solutions geared towards water saving and waste recycling, progressively aiming for a zero consumption model.
The village is an ideal base for nature excursions, sporting activities and experiences related to local food and wine, offering a stay dedicated to nature and relaxation. Easily accessible by car, just a few kilometres from the Berceto toll booth on the A15 Parma-La Spezia motorway, or by train with a bus connection from Ghiare di Berceto station, it welcomes families, pilgrims, tourists and travellers, offering an authentic experience in the heart of the Apennines.
