Located at the entrance of Medesano, in the first countryside of Parma, Trattoria da Anna has been offered typical country cuisine since 1951.
The gastronomic culture and the love for tradition has been handed down for three generations, respecting the recipes of the grandmothers of the family: inevitable are the tortelli d'erbetta, pumpkin and potatoes, cake and fried polenta.
In the winter period cold cuts are processed using traditional methods: first on all the raw shoulder, but also salami, crackling, bacon, cup.
