Located in San Donnino di Liguria, near Reggio Emilia.
The restaurant’s name comes from the name of the “great barrel” used for producing Traditional Balsamic Vinegar from Reggio Emilia.
The menù is created following the traditional Reggio Emilia grandmother’s recipes, but also creating new dishes from a mix between ancient flavors and new ideas. Great attention to seasonality and to short chain.
In 2019 It was awarded as the best young Italian Osteria by Slow Food Association.
