Alta Val Parma in MTB is a system of 8 trails, with different levels of difficulty, that allows you to discover the Cento Laghi Regional Park in Alta Val Parma (in the municipality of Corniglio PR) by mountain bike.
Meadows, pastures, forests and small ancient villages are the scenery in which the trails develop. It caters to various types of bikers: from beginners, to families with kids, to those who prefer to rent an E-MTB, to trained bikers who want long mileage, challenging climbs, as well as some nice singletrack descents.
The routes have all been designed as a loop, with an ideal common starting point at the Bosco di Corniglio sports field, where there is also an e-bike charging station, and there is free parking and a water point. However, it is possible to customize the routes by starting them from other access points as well. All routes are laid out on trails that can also be traveled on foot and/or horseback, and it is therefore necessary to always pay attention and use caution under all circumstances.
