14 July: The Storming of the Bastille
A creative dinner inspired by the French Revolution, presenting a rebellious and revolutionary tortello.
The Sanculotto is a felucca-shaped tortello, coloured in the hues of the French flag, born from the collaboration of three key figures: the innovative creativity of Chef Elia Rizzi of La Taverna, the sensational Malvasia Secca Boccadirosa from Cantina Luretta, and Upstream salmon — swimming against the tide. A historically inspired dinner of exceptional quality.
The evening begins at the castle with themed entertainment, and continues in the rose gardens of La Taverna with wine pairings and improvised entertainment.
