We organise fresh pasta-making courses on Mondays from 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm (or at agreed times) for a maximum of 10–12 people, covering how to make fresh pasta and traditional filled pasta; we can also tailor the experience to suit your needs.
The cost of the traditional Monday course is around 40 euros per person.
