Guided tour to Gualtieri and Brescello are among the most significant centers of the vast plain of Reggio Emilia, right next to the Great River.
The town of Gualtieri is part of a huge territory that was once uncultivated and marshy and then masterfully reclaimed, where a not-to-be-missed Renaissance square dominated by Palazzo Bentivoglio.
We will then continue in the direction of Brescello, the real open-air set of the unforgettable series of the stories of Peppone and Don Camillo.
But the protagonist of the tour will also be the river Po with its traditions, stories, human events and popular legends.
Every day, preferably with departure in the morning at around 9:00 a.m. from Reggio Emilia.
Possibility of lunch in the area at the end of the tour and return to Reggio Emilia in the early afternoon.
