For Christmas Eve lunch, our Hosteria will be open with the usual methods: à la carte menu, optional tasting menu (necessary for tables of 8 or more people).
For the Christmas Eve dinner, only the Antica Corte Pallavicina Gourmet restaurant will remain open, where the current winter menu will be maintained. The Hosteria del Maiale will remain closed.
On December 25th, for the traditional Christmas lunch, the Antica Corte Pallavicina gourmet restaurant will offer a menu designed specifically by chef Massimo Spigaroli to celebrate together as a tradition.

- Anolini from the Pallavicino lands in third-grade broth
- Traditional mixed boiled meat with mustard and the three sauces
- Ducato turkey boned with chestnuts
