Valcampola is a Community Social Cooperative in the small village of Pecorile, the heart of Valcampola, a few kilometres from Reggio Emilia, in the foothills of the Reggio Emilia Apennines.
Bar, trattoria and small neighbourhood shop are the cooperative's mainstay, and it is precisely from the autumn proposal of the trattoria that we want to start to introduce you to our small reality.
Here, then, are the dates of the four autumn menus celebrating the products of our territory:
Christmas and Boxing Day Menu | 25 and 26 December 2024
Starters:
- Parmesan cheese basket with mushroom salad, red radicchio and walnuts
- Gran Reserva 24 month ham, gorgonzola crostino and thyme julienne vegetables
First course:
- The cappelletto in broth
- Green tortelli with butter
- Pumpkin tortelli with fried vegetables
- Tagliatelle with rabbit ragout
- Lasagna with porcini mushrooms and asparagus cream
Main courses:
- The mixed boiled meat (tongue, cotechino, stuffed and beef) with green sauce
- Baked stuffed Christmas turkey
Side dishes:
- Roast potatoes
- Spinach with butter

- English trifle
- Artisanal panettone with cream ice cream, orange sauce and almond granola
