Celebrating autumn in Valcampola

Valcampola is a Community Social Cooperative in the small village of Pecorile, the heart of Valcampola, a few kilometres from Reggio Emilia, in the foothills of the Reggio Emilia Apennines.
Bar, trattoria and small neighbourhood shop are the cooperative's mainstay, and it is precisely from the autumn proposal of the trattoria that we want to start to introduce you to our small reality.
Here, then, are the dates of the four autumn menus celebrating the products of our territory:

18 September: A tribute to the mushrooms of our Apennines

Polenta pie with speck, gorgonzola fondue and diced porcini mushrooms
Tagliatelle with chanterelles and porcini mushrooms
Roast pork neck with a side dish of porcini mushrooms
Sampling of fried porcini mushrooms and mushrooms baked in foil
