Summer Truffle Evening

An experience dedicated to the authentic aromas and flavors of summer truffle, created in collaboration with Moro Rinaldini Winery. The evening begins with a welcome aperitif, during which the Rinaldini winery will present and offer a tasting of a selection of its wines. This is followed by a gourmet journey that showcases truffle in every course, from delicate veal tartare and tagliolini with culatello to truffle-infused veal and dessert. Each dish is carefully crafted to highlight the elegance and intensity of this prized ingredient, perfectly paired with the winery’s wines. An evening celebrating fine food, conviviality, and the very best of the Emilian culinary tradition.
