Cooking demonstrations, food pairings and tastings take centre stage at the Piazza del Gusto event, held in Farini (PC) on 1 May 2026. A day dedicated to local De.Co. products – that is, those bearing the Municipal Designation of Origin.
This designation was established with the aim of protecting and promoting local knowledge, artisanal activities and traditional local produce. These are products of excellence that reflect the identity of the region, the result of techniques handed down over time and a wide variety of production methods.

The Strada dei vini e dei Sapori dei Colli Piacentini will be showcasing food pairings.
