On May 9 and 10, 2026, Collecchio, not far from Parma, will host the third edition of the food and cultural event dedicated to two culinary excellences, wine and cheese, as historical, identity, and productive expressions of Italian territories.
The event is designed as a space dedicated to promoting Italian wine and cheese productions, with particular attention to the territorial dimension and local specificities. The exhibition area of the 'F. Nevicati' park will host producers from various regions, who will present themselves directly to the public for a conscious dialogue on supply chains, production methods, and the cultural identities of their places of origin.
