The Salso Summer Class & Festival, the summer festival organized by I Musici di Parma, is celebrating its 16th edition and remains one of the most eagerly anticipated classical music events in Emilia-Romagna.
From June 29 to August 9, Salsomaggiore Terme will host a unique series of events combining concerts, recitals, musical aperitifs, and open-air events in an engaging atmosphere that’s accessible to everyone.
Over the years, the festival has forged a genuine bond with the city, transforming it into a destination for lovers of great music. The program features performances by internationally renowned musicians— established artists and concertmasters from Europe’s most prestigious orchestras—alongside emerging young talents, who are the stars of the summer masterclasses organized by I Musici di Parma during the festival.
Every year, the festival offers an artistic program of the highest caliber. The thermal baths, squares, historic palaces, theaters, and castles of Salsomaggiore Terme thus become a vibrant, widespread stage, creating a dynamic and immersive cultural experience.
