The event, which has been going on for over 50 years, aims to delight the senses through the culture of good food and drink, with the aim of creating an event that is even more popular than usual by pairing Lambrusco, the undisputed “King” of Reggio Emilia wines, with a beautiful “Queen”: Spergola.
The event, mainly dedicated to wine and its producers, has its core in “Centolambruschi”, a big open-air wine shop, where sommeliers accompany the guided tasting with pairings of typical local products. The program is completed by cultural meetings, shows, exhibitions and food and wine tours.
