From 1st December 2025 to 6th January 2026, the Castle of Gropparello, nestled among the Piacenza hills, welcomes visitors into a fairytale atmosphere.
Surrounded by woodland and perched on a rocky spur, the castle opens its richly decorated rooms to the public through guided tours.
As you move from hall to hall, the sound of the archlute and harpsichord fills the air, while lavishly set tables, glowing fireplaces, soft lighting, and refined Christmas decorations create a warm and magical ambiance. On the main floor, the playroom awaits younger visitors, alongside the tea room and the music room.
On 31st December, in addition to the traditional tours, the castle hosts a New Year’s Eve dinner and midnight toast, offering a truly evocative way to welcome the new year. The festive program concludes on 6th January with a day dedicated to children, featuring a Befana celebration, animated tours, and an adventure in the woods.
