Trevozzo, a hamlet of the Alta Val Tidone municipality in the province of Piacenza, on October 24 and 25 celebrates a typical local dish: anolino (or float).
The anolino festival is held on the last weekend of October, when cooler temperatures allow the full appreciation of the goodness of this stuffed pasta served with an excellent hot broth.
